As a partner, how do I activate our MCP licenses?

This guide will show you how to activate and use your Microsoft Dragon Copilot licenses purchased through the partner center.

Step 1: Confirm Access in Microsoft Admin Center

Log into the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:
https://admin.microsoft.com

  • Go to Billing → Your Products
  • Confirm the Dragon Copilot subscription is listed as active
  • Verify the number of available licenses (5)

 

If user accounts have not yet been created, they will need to be set up first under Users → Add a User before assigning the license.

Step 2: Assign Licenses to Users

In the Admin Center:

  • Go to Users → Active Users
  • Select the user you would like to assign a license to
  • Click Licenses and Apps
  • Enable the Dragon Copilot license
  • Save changes

Before you can use Dragon Copilot, you will still need to create and provision users within your Dragon Admin Center.
