Can a ticket be reopened?

Once a ticket has been completed and closed, you will no longer be able to reply to it.

You will see that the message area is grayed out and cannot be interacted with.



Solutions:

1. You can open a new ticket while referncing the closed ticket number.
2. You can contact the eDist Support Helpdesk to reopen a closed ticket.
