[Troubleshooting and FAQs](https://help.edist.com/help-articles/microsoft?hsLang=en#troubleshooting-and-faqs) July 24, 2026 # What if Dragon Copilot cannot be installed in my environment? ## This will go over the possible workaround options you have to have Dragon Copilot in a server environment.   **Why can't Dragon Copilot be installed?** - Your organization's IT or server administrators have restricted software installations.  - This commonly occurs in locked-down environments, such as **Citrix** or **Remote Desktop Services (RDS)** servers, where local application installations are restricted. - Your computer may not meet the system requirements. **Resolutions** 1. Access Dragon Copilot through a supported browser and use the Dragon Copilot web application. 2. Have your technical support team assist with your installation and whitelist required URLs and firewall ports. 3.
