[Cloud-Based Dragon](https://help.edist.com/help-articles/cloud-based-dragon?hsLang=en) August 28, 2026 # System Requirements for Dragon Medical One ## This article provides information on the system requirements to use Dragon Medical One.   The following information applies to the following: Dragon Medical One Version 2026.3 **Operating systems** - 32-bit: Microsoft Windows 10. Make sure that the latest service pack is always applied. - 64-bit: Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2022. Make sure that the latest service pack is always applied. **Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (or higher) is required.** In Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, you can only use Dragon Medical One in the desktop environment, the Microsoft design language-based user interface (Start screen) is not supported. **Processor speed** - Minimum: 1.7 Ghz - Recommended: 2.8 Ghz **RAM:** - Minimum: 512 MB - Recommended: 2 GB **Microphones** Any microphone that can record audio data in 16 kHz, 16 bit mono format. Nuance has tested and recommends the following microphones: - Nuance PowerMic II, III and 4 - Philips SpeechMike Air, Philips SpeechMike Premium, Philips SpeechMike III - Grundig Digta SonicMic II and 3, Grundig Digta CordEx, Grundig Digta 7 To work with Dragon Medical One in hands-free mode, using a foot pedal in combination with a microphone, you must make changes to the registry on your workstation. If you are working in a virtual environment, you must modify the registry settings on the virtual server for every Windows user that will be used to run Dragon Medical One. **Web browsers** For the personalization and help window: Microsoft Edge WebView2.
