How do I update my payment method in Dictation.Cloud?

This article will outline two different ways to update payment method within Dictation.Cloud: https://dictation.cloud/.

First LOGIN to https://dictation.cloud/.



Method 1:

To update the payment meth
od under the Manage Payment tab please follow the steps outlined below: 

1. ) Upper right corner > ACCOUNT > My Account> Manage Payments 

2.) Select one of the dropdown options listed below: 

Credit Cards

 

 

This page allows you to replace or update your card and all associated orders. If you wish to replace the payment on a single order, see below for Method 2.

a.)  To move orders from one copy to another first select orders needing to be changed by clicking the number 

b.) Now click the “Change payment method”

c.) Select the credit card to move the orders to or add a new payment method

You can also update the billing address on the bottom of the page

d.) To finalize the change, click the “Confirm Change of Payment Card” box

Bank Accounts

This is where ACH Bank Accounts can be set up as a payment method. The account must be validated before an ACH / eCheck payment can be made. 

a.) The following "Note" is displayed as a disclaimer to the customer: 

b.) Click the orange Add New Account button.

c.)  Click “Add a new bank account” hyperlink. 

d.) Fill out the following information: Account Type, Name on Account, Bank Routing Number, Bank Account Number. 

e.) Click Submit

ACH Credit Transfer

This has been upgraded and renamed to Virtual Bank

 

 

Method 2:

How to update a payment method under a single order: 

1.) Upper right corner > ACCOUNT > My Account> Orders 

2.) Search for the order you would like to update the payment method for. 

3.) To change the payment method, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the orange “Change 
payment method”.

4.) Verify the billing address or enter a new one for the new payment method and click next

5.) Click the circle for “Bank Account”

6.) Click “Submit Payment Method Change” to finalize the payment change

The change has successfully been made. To verify the change, scroll down the page to “Current Payment Method” which now should display “eCheck ending in XXXX

 

Note: Kindly attempt both methods to update payment information in the event that one of the methods is unsuccessful.
