What does the "Apply My Note Style" button do?

Use Apply My Style to quickly update the current note to match your preferred documentation style without manually editing formatting throughout the note.

In Dragon Copilot, "Apply My Note Style" is a built-in prompt that takes the current note draft and reformats it according to your saved style preferences.

These preferences can include things like:

  • Date and time formatting
  • Number formatting
  • Pronoun preferences
  • Concise vs. detailed documentation
  • Paragraphs vs. bullet lists
  • Formal vs. patient-friendly language
  • Section-specific formatting and customizable templates

When you select Apply My Style (or say "Dragon, Apply My Style"), Dragon Copilot updates the note to match your configured preferences without changing the underlying clinical content.
