# What does the "Apply My Note Style" button do?

## Use Apply My Style to quickly update the current note to match your preferred documentation style without manually editing formatting throughout the note.

In Dragon Copilot, **"Apply My Note Style"** is a built-in prompt that takes the current note draft and reformats it according to your saved style preferences.

These preferences can include things like:

- Date and time formatting
- Number formatting
- Pronoun preferences
- Concise vs. detailed documentation
- Paragraphs vs. bullet lists
- Formal vs. patient-friendly language
- Section-specific formatting and customizable templates

When you select **Apply My Style** (or say **"Dragon, Apply My Style"**), Dragon Copilot updates the note to match your configured preferences without changing the underlying clinical content.
