What is Cloud Wallet and how do I use it?

This guide will briefly explain the process of using the Cloud Wallet payment method.

Cloud Wallet is an alternative payment method for Dictation.Cloud. It allows customers to use physical checks and ACH. 

This method is NOT available for everyone or all customers. Please contact your eDist sales representative for more information.

  •  Customers will send and make their payments payable to the following: 

     A.I. Smarter World, Inc.

  • The customer MUST fill out and submit this Dictation.Cloud ACH and Check Form 
    - This can also be filled out with assistance from the reseller.
  • Failure to submit this form may result in funds not being processed or payments being returned to the sender.
  • eDist will not grant any funds until the check or ACH has been processed and cleared. 
  • Once funds have been verified, the sales representative will notify the reseller that funds have been granted. 

1. Customers will now see a new “Wallet” payment method added to their Dictation.Cloud account:

This will display the total account balance on the top left and their Wallet transaction history.

2. Customers can use this payment option to check out for new orders or change existing orders.
